Restores and Refunds

Some features offered in Imaginex are paid and accessible through in-app purchases (In-App Purchase).

Purchase Method

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store.

Payment transactions are securely processed through the user's Apple ID by Apple.

Imaginex does not access or store the user's credit card, bank card, or payment information.

Credit System

Some visual production and editing features in Imaginex work with the credit system.

Purchased credits are only available within the Imaginex application.

Credits are digital content and cannot be refunded after use.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscription provides access to certain additional features and limited prompt usage.

The scope of the pro subscription and the features it offers are detailed in the in-app descriptions.

Pro subscriptions automatically renew according to Apple App Store rules.

Cancel and Refund

Cancellation and refund processes are subject to Apple App Store policies.

Subscription cancellations are made through the user's Apple ID settings.

Imaginex does not have direct control over refund or cancellation processes conducted by Apple.

Restore Purchases

Previously made purchases can be reactivated by using the “Restore Purchases” option when logging in with the same Apple ID.
